The Vaska Quartet was formed in 2012 by Romana Szczepaniak at the Royal College of Music.
The group presents enthusiastic chamber musicians, who have been members of prizewinning string quartets and have performed with internationally renowned artists. Though the group is relatively new, it has already been appearing at large venues (as most recently at Queen Elisabeth Hall). Other than attending the Chilingirian Quartet Summer School Course in July, highlights of the last year include almost a month in France. Further engagements of the quartet will take place in coming summer in South Italy, Poland, Norway, Hungary and the UK-London).
